Oblong clusters of reddish purple flowers. Useful for naturalizing in lightly shaded woodland gardens and borders. Excellent for use as a cut or dried flower.

Plant bulbs in a location where the soil drains well. Dig holes and plant the bulbs 3" deep and 6"-8" apart. Position the bulbs with the pointy end up. After planting, water well, thoroughly soaking the area.
