Great Masterwort Homeowner Growing & Maintenance Tips:
Astrantia prefers very rich, consistantly moist soil, partial shade, and cool nighttime temperatures. It does not do well in areas with hot summer nights. In cool summer areas, astrantia will grow in full sun, but elsewhere it should be grown in partial shade. After flowering, the spent flower stalks should be cut to the ground to prevent self-seeding.
Interesting Notes:
Astrantia will last up to 14 days in a vase
